Trump’s travel ban which protects the Nation from foreign terrorist entry into the United States was met with so many obstructions. President Trump, signing this executive order, took the first step in the fight against illegal immigration. The Trump administration’s travel ban blocks travelers from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen from coming into the U.S. Seems like the Supreme Court finally realized the seriousness of the problem with immigrants.
On Monday, The Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy issued an order in temporarily unblocking the ban, which means that the enforcement of the Trump’s executive order will continue. Heis the Judge who finally isn’t being manipulated by the Left.
Kennedy’s order came after an emergency request from the Department of Justice. The Justice has put on hold lower parts of federal appeals court ruling that had nail down the travel ban. Kennedy also approved the request to block 9th Circuit’s ruling that the ban wouldn’t cover refugees working with U.S. refugee agencies or with formal assurances from resettlement organizations.
According to the 9th Circuit’s viewpoint, the government could not ban grandparents, aunts, uncles and other extended family members of a person in the U.S. from entering the country.
The Supreme Court decided that the law enforcement officials can legally implement the travel ban, but cannot keep out those with a “a credible claim of a bona fide relationship” to the United States.

The court needs to rule against 9th district ruling as out of order and clip their wings. The President needs to be supported.
This is good news. A temporary issuance in support of the ban shows that they are possibly leaning towards support in the final decision.
